Terms of sale

New quotes and orders are subject to our terms of sale dated 3 November 2026. Download the terms (PDF, Dutch).

A non-binding quote

Choose the specifications and quantity. Request a quote for an individual item or from your cart. The button opens an email with your choices. Send the draft to submit your request. If you do not use an email app, download the summary and email it to us yourself. We confirm the price, packaging, shipping, VAT and delivery time before you accept. A request does not place an order.

Ordering directly

You can check out directly when the shop offers this option for your order. Before ordering, you see the total including VAT and delivery, the expected delivery date and the available payment methods. Check the delivery address and approve each print file. For a different billing address, special requests, a firm deadline or delivery outside the Netherlands, we prepare a quote.

With iDEAL you pay the total straight away. If you are an individual and choose to pay later via Klarna, Klarna assesses your application and sends you payment instructions. HappyPress remains your point of contact for production, delivery and complaints.

Your statutory guarantee rights

Your personalised print must meet the specifications you agreed with us. If something is wrong, contact us at info@workpackageservices.com.

Official European notice on the legal guarantee for consumers. If goods do not conform to the contract, you are entitled to a repair or replacement free of charge and, in certain cases, a partial or full refund.

Cancellation, guarantee and complaints

The statutory cooling-off period for consumers does not apply to print made to your specifications or personalised for you. Contact us immediately if there is an error in your order so we can check whether production can still be stopped. For standard items that are not made to order, consumers generally have 14 days from receipt to withdraw. For now, these items are ordered by quotation. Before accepting, read the return instructions. You can also use the model withdrawal form (PDF, Dutch) for this purpose.

Is your print damaged, incorrect or missing? Email your order number and a description. If possible, include a photo of any damage. We will work with you to find a solution. Your statutory consumer rights, including the right to goods that conform to the contract, still apply.

Privacy
